An exciting new role is offered as the System Clinical Director for Urgent and Emergency Care (UEC) in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. You will work with us and our teams to drive improvements across the UEC pathway on behalf of the system partnership, focussing on the clinical side of transformation. The role will provide many opportunities to make a difference to colleagues and patients and will have the full support of the partnership across the LLR Integrated Care System. The role is open to any clinician (Doctor, Nurse, AHP, Midwife, Pharmacist) who has experience of leading and working within any part of the Urgent and Emergency Care pathway. The ideal candidate will also have experience of influencing for change and examples of delivering transformational change across clinical pathways and organisations.
