You will shadow experienced commercial teammates and learn how they develop, grow, and maintain relationships with customers to create business opportunities. This program is very hands-on. You will be able to participate in staff meetings, get involved with strategic planning, and work on a summer-long project with a final presentation.</p><p><br>
