You should have a degree in Electrical Engineering, experience with electrical design tools, CAD software, and knowledge of railway systems. Chartered status is preferred; strong communication skills are essential.

You will lead design projects, develop electrical designs, mentor junior engineers, engage with clients, and ensure quality, risk management, and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

Navitas Engineering specialises in railway electrification design. We have the experience and capability to provide professional design and project engineering support for both AC and DC railway electrification systems.</p><br>

<ul><li>Lead the design and engineering projects from feasibility to commissioning phases.</li>
<li>Develop and manage electrical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.</li>
<li>Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and oversee the work of junior engineers.</li>
<li>Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.</li>
<li>Ensure quality assurance, risk management, and adherence to safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul><br>

<li>Excellent communication and leadership skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.</li></ul><br>
