 The Role
 Reporting to our Financial Operations Lead, with a dotted line to the founders, you’ll be responsible for:
 <ul>
 <li>Owning the SPV Process: Taking charge of the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) process from a FinOps perspective, managing tasks such as setting up legal entities, investment closing, processing refunds, dealing with exits, and overseeing other investment events and regulatory reporting</li>
 <li>Documentation: Meticulously documenting all SPV processes and proposing enhancements and automations to streamline our operations</li>
 <li>Implementation of Improvements: Internally implementing SPV process improvements and collaborating with the Product team on automation and productisation</li>
 <li>Customer Interaction: Directly liaising with customers at every stage of the process, noting feedback and identifying pain points to enhance their experience</li>
 </ul>
 This role extends beyond managing day-to-day processes. Your mission to optimise, streamline, and automate existing operations for enhanced efficiency.

 Salary
 The salary band for this role is £20,000 - £30,000 + equity options. We'll consider where your experience falls within our framework. During our process, we'll take your experience and capabilities into consideration and use our internal levelling to assess your salary at Odin.
