 Reporting to the Founders, you’ll:

 <li>Coordinate and work closely with external counsel, finance, and operational teams on all fund formation and investment-related activities</li>

 <li>Take ownership of implementing internal legal policies and operations to manage risk and ensure best practices in regulatory standards</li>

You have 2-5 years PQE in fund structuring/corporate law (UK), knowledge of UK/EU regulations, and a willingness to learn about financial services compliance.
