        <p>As a Business Development PM, you will manage, control and deliver Openbank's Project Plans, related both to international expansion as well as to other ongoing initiatives in any of the countries where Openbank is already present.         <p>Mission and responsibilities:</p>

        <p>As a Legal Counsel, you will be part of the Legal Team and you will work with the different stakeholders (Product, Fraud, Risk, IT, Compliance, etc.) of the Bank and will help us in all legal matters related to the activity of Openbank in Spain and abroad, particularly:</p>

         <li>Legal and regulatory advice to business related to the ordinary activity of the Bank, supporting different departments (different products and services related to retail banking in a digital environment, as consumer loan, insurance product, wealth, payment service etc.,).</li>
         <li>Participate in the design, obtain the necessary internal and external approvals and monitor the commercial launch of new products and services.</li>
         <li>Review and drafting of legal documentation as contracts, confidentiality agreements, communications to clients, etc.</li>
         <li>Advice on the implementation of new regulations, at both European and national level.</li>
         <li>Advice on administrative files and carrying out procedures before public registries.</li>
         <li>Participate in digitalization and innovation projects.</li>

        <p>To be successful in the role you must have:</p>
        <ul>
         <li>Degree in Spanish Law. Fully qualified lawyer in Spain.</li>
         <li>LLM in Banking Law (is a plus).</li>
         <li>Great judgment, proactive, innovative and customer obsessed.</li>
         <li>Be a team player and consensus builder, with great people skills who can efficiently collaborate with different areas of the organization.</li>
         <li>+6 years of experience in banking legal environment, with relevant experience from a law firm or in house in a financial institution.</li>
         <li>Proven experience in banking and/or investment products, in particular in regulation related to contracting banking/investment products remotely and consumer protection laws.</li>
         <li>MS advanced level is required.</li>

         <li>University Degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor degree), preferably in Business, e-business, design or digital field.</li>
         <li>+8 years of professional experience in business consulting, FinTech, or digital business projects in a product management or business analysis roles.</li>
         <li>High knowledge of user experience requirements for front-end digital flows.</li>
         <li>Good understanding of technical delivery best practices, including user story and acceptance criteria, working in cross-functional agile teams and designing MVPs and customer testing approaches.</li>
         <li>Conceptual knowledge of business processes and front-to-back solution architecture that support retail Markets products &amp; services.</li>
         <li>Exceptional problem-solving ability to structure and define analyses to draw conclusions.</li>
         <li>Collaborative and effective work in a group dynamic.</li>
         <li>Advanced level in English.</li>

        As a SR Business Product Owner, you will:
