The ward is covered by 2 Consultants, and is supported by other members of the Multi-Disciplinary Team – Occupational Therapist, Pharmacist, Advocacy etc. The ward has close links with other Rochdale Older Persons Mental Health Services which are based on site – The MERIT team (Community Mental Health Team), The Home Intensive Treatment Service, The Care Home Liaison Team and the Memory Clinic.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;To undertake and co-ordinate direct patient care. From assessment through to planning and delivering high quality care.
