Graduate Building Services Engineer

You need a 2:1 degree in Cost Management/Quantity Surveying, PC skills, interest in construction, aspirations for chartership, teamwork, proactivity, communication, time management, and a professional attitude to excel as a Graduate Cost Manager.

You will assist in cost estimation, plan preparation, and tender document creation, conduct arithmetical checks, provide QS input at meetings, and ensure compliance with H&S requirements.

In everything you do you will be supported by a team with extensive experience in the industry who are keen to share their knowledge.&nbsp;</li><li>Our Early Careers Development Scheme is a two year programme in which we will support your development in becoming a successful professional within the industry. You will receive structured support with chartership, technical training and professional membership from our internal mentors as you work towards achieving your professional accreditation. Our mentors come with a wealth of knowledge and experience, therefore providing you with the best support in your chosen career path.&nbsp;</li></ul>
