You should excel at building rapport remotely, design action-based learning, embrace innovative techniques, prioritize tasks, know educational theory, and be familiar with learning tech platforms.

You will collaborate with SMEs to design engaging blended learning programs, create online content and assessments, storyboard educational materials, and maintain accurate course documentation.

Key Responsibilities * Build strong working relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gain in depth understanding of the course content, learning objectives, and learners’ skills and knowledge requirements. * Collaborate with SMEs to design high quality, engaging and innovative blended learning programmes for QA’s core products and bespoke courses for clients. * Design online learning content, live events, and workplace application activities and assessments which blend seamlessly together. * Storyboard and script pedagogical learning content and assets by applying instructional/learning design principles. * Update and maintain course and content documentation, ensuring that it is accurate, version controlled, and quality assured. * Work collaboratively and iteratively in Sprint teams with other Learning Designers, Creative Producers, Video Producers, and Graphic Designers. About You Can build working relationships and rapport quickly, even through remote intervention. Experience designing action-based learning programmes to meet learning objectives. Possesses an interest in learning technologies, innovative learning approaches and modern training techniques, with a willingness to share knowledge with other team members. Strong timekeeping and prioritisation skills. Strong knowledge of educational theory and instructional/learning design principles. A good knowledge of learning technology platforms and tools.
