  Job Description
  COMMUNICATION
 Support the Communication Team with project management, key messaging and creation of ESO (Earned, Social, Owned channels) activation plans for events and projects of athletes/artists.
 
 SOCIAL MEDIA
 As part of the Social Media Team you will create engaging social content, especially around sports initiatives and together with our athletes. In addition, you will gain insights into programming strategies for various social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch).
 
 CREATOR MARKETING
 You will assist the Creator Marketing Team in research topics, developing outstanding experiences around our events, realizing dedicated projects and tracking/analyzing performance metrics of collaborations.
  Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree or Master's degree  Proven excellence in your academic life Relevant work or internship experience is a plus A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements Entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges Open and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent communication skills Fluent in German and English (written, spoken)
