  <li>Efficient use of all merchandising systems. Assisting in creating new or improving existing material</li> 
  <li>Work cross functionally with internal teams (Core Merchandising, Distribution Hub and Buying) to identify improvements to ways of working and maintaining consistent accuracy</li> 
  <li>Uses all available sources including regular store visits, sales and margin history, comp shops, discusses recommendations to positively impact performance</li>
