Technology

You should have 1-4 years PQE, strong commercial legal support experience, knowledge of IT/data protection laws, and skills in drafting complex agreements. Familiarity with IP, competition law, and financial services is also needed.

 We’ve got an opportunity for a qualified legal professional to join us, providing trusted legal advice to our commercial teams and contributing to new products and initiatives - no two days will be the same!
 You’ll have an interest in a varied commercial legal workload, with strong drafting and negotiating skills, and the ability to apply them independently to drive the business forward and create real value. Outside of daily contracting, you’ll have a focus on developing and maintaining the legal processes, policies and precedents that underpin our business.
 What you'll be doing:

 <li>An experience and appreciation of the challenges and requirements of delivering legal support in a fast moving commercial in-house team with ability to be impactful from an early stage..</li>
 <li>Qualified to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales (or another common law jurisdiction)</li>
