 Role Purpose 
 Provide administrative support and purchasing expertise to ensure the timely provision of services for effective and efficient maintenance. Support the organization of congress and event, in particular for needs linked to Medical Affairs Unit.

It includes diagnosis by analyzing performance at a task level, root cause analysis to derive lessons learnt, codification of processes going forward; and development of detailed action plans including owners and project management to ensure timely implementation</li>
 <li>Optimize current digital tracking tools (i.e., ONE LAUNCH Dashboard) to reduce mistakes, decrease workload and ensure having everything embedded into SANITY system as the ONE single source of truth</li>
 <li>Develop a communication and training plan to ensure best practices are well known and systematically implemented across countries and functions in the International Region</li>
