  Review highway construction project plans for design clarity, accuracy, and completeness; review highway construction project specifications and special provisions for accuracy and completeness; and prepare/summarize detailed feedback and comments from key District representatives and stakeholders.  Meet with stakeholders relative to the projects as the District representative through pre-design and the design process. Attend a variety of meetings, to include but not limited to: Stakeholder/public agency meetings (and prepare notes); highway construction project partnering meetings (may act as meeting facilitator, as needed); highway construction project scoping and field meetings; highway construction predesign, design, and staff meetings as required.
