What you will do:

As an experienced contract management professional with the ability to understand, analyze, and communicate complex contractual negotiations, you will be working with both internal customers and external suppliers with the goal of executing agreements in Stryker’s favor.  * Draft, edit, review, and negotiate contracts on behalf of the GQO Organization.
 * Support internal and external customers in a timely manner and fast-paced environment
 * Advise internal customers on contracting, legal, finance, and business strategies as well as company policies and procedures
 * Identify business and legal risks and propose solutions for mitigation, escalating issues for legal review and resolution as appropriate, and representing Stryker’s interests professionally and in a solutions-oriented manner
 * Exhibit solid negotiation skills, including comfort negotiating contract terms directly with suppliers and other third parties.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships within the GQO organization and the Global Legal and Compliance function
 * Exercise excellent judgment in identifying and escalating issues to management
