You should have 1-2 years in a similar role, excellent communication skills, be proactive, part-qualified ACCA/CIMA preferred, and have retail/multisite and Business Central/SAP experience.

You will manage cash flow reporting, credit card postings, reconcile invoices, support month-end closings, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, ensure compliance, and collaborate with finance teams.

Key Responsibilities * Daily and weekly cash flow reporting and monitoring including posting of cash receipts and payments into general ledger * Ownership of credit card posting and accruals process * Ownership of posting and reconciling concession partner self billing invoices and statements * Processing of work in progress and fixed asset additions and disposals * Key support over month end and quarter end close and ability to work to deadlines. * Preparation of selected monthly balance sheet reconciliations * Assistance with general compliance and finance processes and key involvement in group SOX compliance * Review of weekly payment runs and journals runs across multiple currencies and banks * Effective collaboration with brand and corporate finance teams and wider business Skills Required * Minimum 1-2 years experience in similar role * Proactive approach to working and desire to learn * Excellent written and verbal communication * Ability to be on-site up to 3 days a week * Part qualified ACCA/CIMA preferred * Retail/multisite experience preferred * Experience in Business Central and SAP preferred Our DEI Commitment Our mission is to empower all women.
