The Talent Acquisition Specialist will perform full life-cycle recruiting of entry-level talent, administer service touchpoints to new hires, and ensure a successful candidate experience. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and key stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute recruiting plans to acquire top talent. You will maintain a quality candidate sourcing pipeline for key positions and proactive growth and make recommendations based on the needs of our hiring managers. * Assist in the full life cycle recruiting process including proactively sourcing, screening, interviewing, creating, and extending offers * Track and manage all candidate and client interaction within Workday * Complete inductions and any relevant onboarding activities * Perform intake calls on all assigned positions to review and analyse requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions * Identify and source appropriate talent for current and future positions within the organisation * Develop and promote talent pool * Positively promote the organisation to candidates * Use social media, job boards, internet/Boolean sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open positions * Coordinate and attend careers fairs and other recruiting events.
