Du bist verantwortlich für einen festgelegten autorisierten Kundenstamm für Autodesk-Software Produkte über den Kontakt mit Partnern und Endkunden
Bei eingehenden Anrufen oder Reklamationen hilfst Du unseren Kunden gerne und lösungsorientiert weiter und klärst fachliche und technische Fragen in engem Kontakt mit unserem Vertriebsaußendienst, dem Produktmarketing und den Lieferanten
Du erstellst Angebote und gibst Produktinformationen
Du führst eigenständig Preisverhandlungen und versorgst unsere Fachhändler mit allen Service-Leistungen der TD SYNNEX (u. a. Projektfinanzierung, Veredelung von Produkten, Sonderanlieferungen, etc.) in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Fachabteilungen (Leadmanagement)
Außerdem, ist es Deine Aufgabe, eingehende Bestellungen effizient und zuverlässig zu buchen , bist verantwortlich für deren reibungslose Abwicklung und kümmerst Dich darüber hinaus um die Auftragsnachbearbeitung und das Ordermanagement (z.
