<div>Our Commercial Application Systems department is currently seeking a system deployment manager to lead the system support team, ensure system quality and performance, and support technology enhancements.</div>
<div></div><div>The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant&rsquo;s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.</div>

<div><ul><li>work closely with the Director Commercial Systems to implement the vision and established strategy for systems used to support Commercial Lines business</li>
<li>lead and provide on-going coaching and development of the Commercial Application System Support team</li>

<li>use metrics to develop insights for team workflow improvements and to ensure equitable work distribution</li>
