The Design group continues to grow globally, with an ever-increasing scope of activities and projects. The Design Manager role is a newly created role to drive the success of the function regionally, and contribute to evolution of global practice. Responsibilities include regional line management, contribution to Design Ops activities, and directly running significant engagements - working with resources in the Design group, with stakeholders such as product and technical representatives, and executive management.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new function that delivers impact through design practice: the CXD group drive enterprise Design Thinking and co-creation activities, UX research, iterate service blueprints and UX design, and develop product backlog for multiple strategic engineering streams.
The position is based in Ireland and may require some international travel to other Citco locations. This position reports to the Head of Design in Dublin, and the successful candidate will interact with business stakeholders, and other technical groups.</div>
