 POSITION SUMMARY
 The Payroll and Benefits Administrator will support the Total Rewards team. This position will be responsible for processing payroll and benefit-related transactions including internal reporting and external compliance reporting. To be successful, a candidate should have some experience in payroll processing, be able to work independently with limited supervision, and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
 RESPONSIBILITIES

 <ul>
 <li> Update weekly employee transactions (new hire, rehire, and adjustments)</li>
 <li> Transmit weekly payroll</li>
 <li> Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies</li>
 <li> Run and analyze ad-hoc reporting for system improvement and data accuracy</li>
 <li> Conduct electronic employee changes and maintenance transactions in payroll system, including random payroll system audits to ensure accuracy in processing</li>
 <li> Assist with weekly union dues remittance</li>
 <li> Review and submit payroll and benefit invoices in Yardi for processing</li>
 <li> Collaborate with HR Dept. to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of employee data</li>
 <li> Provide support for payroll and benefit related inquiries</li>

 The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000.
