You must provide admin support, cover reception on weekends, manage patient info on the system, monitor wait times, and maintain accurate information for the Radiology Department.

You will provide admin and reception support, manage patient registrations, update databases, handle calls, monitor wait times, and ensure accurate information in the Radiology Department.

An entry-level opportunity is available within the Radiology department for a Clerical Officer to join the team. You will p rovide administrative support to the department covering all sites across the Trust, as well as reception cover at our reception desk. 
 
 As the face of the department you will m eet, greet and direct service users, registering attendances on the CRIS system and cover incoming/outgoing telephone calls. You will also maintain and update relevant databases as well as the transfer of clinical images. 
 
 Working on radiology reception desks and undertaking reception duties including: 
 
 Provide administrative and reception support to the Radiology Department at all Hospital sites across the Trust.
