Job Description Group Details You will be managing Tradeweb’s European Market Support, Clearing and Settlement teams which support and operate Tradeweb’s cutting edge electronic trading and regulatory reporting platforms. Clients across 65 countries use these platforms to trade $780 billion daily. You and your team will be responsible for continued growth and operational excellence of the platform. Job Responsibilities Manage the team responsible for interactions with dealers regarding production and UAT systems, troubleshooting issues, connectivity, enhancements and product and protocol implementations. Manage the team responsible for customer and dealer clearing and settlements. Look for opportunities to improve and implement processes and procedures, potentially with automation. Ensure top level customer service and understand priorities and impact. Understand and mitigate operational risk.
