Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of automation/conversational AI dialogue flows, and incorporate final content for IVR, Virtual Assistants, Chatbots, and omnichannel conversational interfaces as part of growing Digital Servicing strategy for Contact Centers and Customer Care division.
