You will plan and lead change projects for our Telco and Energy businesses, ensuring successful outcomes for our business, customers, and colleagues. You'll develop communication and engagement plans, drive adoption, manage risks, and foster a culture of change resilience.

You will lead and manage various change projects from briefing through execution across our Operations function. Your main focus will be ensuring change deploys seamlessly and change drivers are effectively supported with change delivery plans.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects that bring us closer to achieving our business priorities.
