You will support tenant coordination by updating property guidelines, tracking leases, scheduling notices, processing allowances, managing documents, and monitoring tenant construction activities.

 <li> Schedule and distribute Official Notices (Delivery, Turnover, Default, etc.).</li>
 <li> Collect and process Tenant Allowances and distribute Closeout Documents.</li>
 <li> Distribute Landlord documentation to tenants.</li>
 <li> Coordination/distribution of Tenant/Pad prototype plans.</li>

 PLANNING/CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION. SHOPS, MAJORS AND PADS:

 <li> Assist Tenant Coordinator with monitoring and track Tenant permitting and Construction activity.</li>

 <li> Assist Tenant Coordinator with collection of tenant preconstruction documents.</li>
