  <li> Supports PCI security audits and remediation.</li>
  <li> Designs system software and hardware upgrades including planning and scheduling, testing, and coordination in support of service requests and implementations.</li>
  <li> Researches recommendations or solutions for upgrades, improvements and strategies to ensure a stable, available and protected technical infrastructure. Recommends changes to improve system security, network connections and how to control costs. Determines hardware or software requirements related to such changes.</li>
  <li> Develops relationships and partnerships across all business units, emphasizing business unit’s functions within the company and business unit’s capacity to serve as a productive strategic partner.</li>
