  <li>Take ownership of presenting our townhouse in its best light, maintaining the approved appearance and standards.</li>
  <li>Bring the unique hospitality and culture of our brand to life, ensuring that every interaction reflects the experience of staying at a close friend's home.</li>
  <li>Go above and beyond to make guests feel at ease and truly at home during their stay.</li>
  <li>Check in with guests, seeking their valuable feedback to improve our services.</li>
