Your mission is to keep the team on track and reduce the amount of time it takes us to make stuff. Every morning, you will be providing a bullet list to individual team members with tasks, pertinent deadlines, and updates from previous requests, as well as working on pushing various projects forward for the rest of the time. You will be responsible for supporting the team to achieve a consistent content schedule for our YouTube, Patreon, and Newsletter, as well as keeping track of new merchandise and content vertical development. As a remote-first team, we largely rely on effective asynchronous communication via Slack and Notion, but we do have a mandatory weekly meeting block on Tuesday mornings (Eastern time). This is a high trust role. You may be dealing with confidential information and be given the authority to make decisions without oversight. Trustworthiness and discretion are key for this role.
