  As a Collection & Recoveries Litigator, you will manage a caseload of files involving outstanding Damages and/or Costs, ensuring prompt and accurate case settlements. The role aims to achieve the best outcomes for clients, ensuring successful collection of Client Damages and Costs owed to the Firm. \n
  In this role, you will manage a caseload of Small Track and Fast Track Litigation, ensure accurate payment records, and act in the best interests of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. You will meet KPIs for income generation, settled cases, and litigation rates, commit to personal development, and assist the Team Manager in coaching and developing less experienced litigators. \n

  Salary- £27,000 - £37,000 depending on experience. Annual leave- 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service.
