 <li>Expert level of knife skills and eye for detail</li>
 <li>High level of experience working in busy sushi sections</li>
 <li>Easily able to switch between work on maki/sushi/sashimi/nigiri sections</li>
 <li>Eye for detail and ability to create premium sushi platters</li>
 <li>The desire to learn, improve, develop, and grow</li>
 <li>An engaged and collaborative team player</li>
 <li>Strong communication skills</li>
 <li>Ability to work under pressure</li>
 <li>Ability to multi-task, is flexible and agile</li>
