2023 Morgan Stanley Investment Management Mentoring Programme - Partnership with Entrepreneurs in Action

The Entrepreneurs in Action Investment Management Mentoring Programme – sponsored by Morgan Stanley – is an opportunity for black students interested in a career in investment management. This online programme provides participants with an insight into what it is really like to work for a global financial services firm and the opportunity to develop skills which are not taught in the classroom or lecture theatre. The program will be hosted virtually over six days on Friday 7th July and Monday 10th - Friday 14th July 2023.

TRAINING PROGRAM

• Phase 1: 7th July
• One day confidence-based assessment which will take place online. The morning session will focus on personal development, followed by your assessment in the afternoon.
• Phase 2: 10th – 14th July
• Five day intensive online program at the end of which you will get the opportunity to showcase your talents to Morgan Stanley executives.

Before you apply please be sure you are able to commit to working from 9am – 5pm on the above dates.

The programme also provides an opportunity for candidates to engage with a Morgan Stanley mentor from the investment management division following the initial training. Mentors can support participants with further professional development and applications they may wish to make to Morgan Stanley programmes.

Qualifications/Skills/Requirements

• We are looking for motivated students in their penultimate or final year of university (Graduate between July 2023 and July 2025), as well as recent graduates who are interested in learning more about a career in investment management. 
• You will be required to take an online assessment which will be automatically sent to you following your registration. You will receive 48 hours to complete the test and the deadline to complete is 1st June at 11.59 BST
• This programme is conducted virtually and available to all students who are eligible.
• You will receive the result from Entrepreneurs in Action by 15th June 2023.
