Are you bright, motivated and curious? Do you enjoy solving challenging problems? Are you ready to chart your own course through an extraordinary career and make a lasting impact?
At Bain, we are passionate about achieving results and doing the right thing, even when it’s difficult. We are driven by a bold ambition to create extraordinary impact for our clients, teams and communities. We believe diverse and inclusive teams are our strength and together we can accomplish so much more than we can alone. A key pillar of this belief is our commitment to enabling women to achieve their full potential at work and in our communities.
What:
In Spring 2023, Bain London is launching a professional development and networking programme for exceptional women. A handpicked group of candidates will be invited to participate in a four week programme, consisting of exclusive content and networking sessions at our London office and culminating in early interviews for our Associate Consultant, Senior Associate Consultant and Consultant positions.
Our goal is to inspire and be inspired. We recognise the breadth and depth of experience participants will bring to the programme and we are seeking to equip you with the skills and network to build upon this and take control of your own career development.
The Bain Connect Programme will provide a unique insight into our industry, where women have historically been underrepresented, and what a career in consulting could offer you. We will create opportunities for you to learn and practice a number of key skills, including some of the tools our teams use to crack critical business problems, as well as tips and tricks for interviews. Taking part in our Bain Connect Programme is an excellent opportunity to meet a cohort of inspirational women from across the UK & Ireland and to hear about the impact we create at Bain. We truly believe our supportive culture can help you achieve your full potential and we can’t wait to meet you.
