We focus on emerging talent (engineering students, graduates and interns), and in particular those from a lower socio-economic background and our service also caters for experienced hires.We deliver a comprehensive suite of services including events such as careers fairs and insight days; a job platform for you to advertise your vacancies; a media service to help promote and enhance your employer brand; and training and consultancy support for all aspects in relation to equality, diversity and inclusion.We run regular national campaigns and have an extended network of key partnerships to help amplify the work we do for our clients.
