PwC’s Strategy& team is a market-leading consulting practice consisting of approximately 400 consultants in London, and also benefits from the broad expertise and international reach of the wider PwC and Strategy& networks. Strategy& can offer you a career with diverse and challenging assignments – our teams work with a wide variety of UK, European and Global corporate clients (from large consumer goods companies, online retailers, start-ups and FinTechs to charities, government departments and the public sector) and investors (private equity and investment funds). We deliver a mix of strategy consulting projects, addressing key CEO questions on issues such as growth strategy, market entry, mergers and acquisitions and value creation. We evaluate each company’s unique proposition and market positioning, identifying both innovative opportunities for growth and risk areas that need to be addressed.

Programme

Strategy& Females of the Future is a supported recruitment pathway, where you will meet and learn from our inspiring women and find out what a future career with us in strategy consulting could look like. The programme boasts a virtual insight day which is designed to highlight our talented women, de-mystify the world of strategy consulting and offer support for the remainder of our application process.

What you'll do

During the insight day, we will provide hints and tips on how to showcase your skills and experiences on your CV, how to write effective and relevant cover letters and begin to build your commercial awareness. There will also be a dedicated case study workshop based on a project that the Strategy& team has recently completed, allowing you the opportunity to practise in a friendly, open and supportive environment. Throughout the day there are many opportunities to ask questions and network with the team. At a later date, attendees will then have the opportunity to join us in our London office for a networking evening, where you will meet our team in-person. They will speak candidly about strategy consulting and our firm, and answer any questions you may have.

What you'll need

To be eligible for this programme, you’ll need to be:

• Entering your final year of undergraduate/postgraduate study this Autumn or be a recent graduate who is able to start a full-time Associate role in January 2023 / April 2023 / June 2023 or September 2023
• Be on track for / have achieved a 2.1 in your undergraduate degree
• Have the right visa eligibility to start a graduate programme in January 2023 / April 2023 / June 2023 or September 2023
• Be available to attend a virtual insight day on Friday 23rd September 2022 or Friday 30th September 2022.

What you'll gain

After attending the insight day and networking event , there will be an opportunity to continue your application to a full-time Associate role within the Strategy& team. If your application is successful, you will be invited to take part in our assessment days. Participants will also be allocated a buddy to offer help and support throughout the process. Please note that you will not be assessed on the insight day or at the networking event.

When to apply

• Please submit your application by Friday 2nd September 2022 (this includes a CV, Cover Letter)
• Deadline to complete Game Based Assessment is Sunday 4th September 2022
• Decisions will be communicated to applicants by Friday 16th September 2022
• The Females of the Future insight days are scheduled to take place on Friday 23rd September 2022 or Friday 30th September 2022, with the optional in-person networking evening on Thursday 6th October 2022
• If you wish to proceed with an application for our full-time Associate role, you’ll be invited to resubmit your revised CV and Cover Letter
• If successful, you will be invited to take part in our assessment days 
• The first round of assessment days are currently scheduled for w/c 21st November 2022, with the final rounds w/c 28th November 2022 or w/c 5th December 2022 (please note these dates are not yet finalised and may be subject to change)
• Formal full-time Associate role offers will be made on the day of your final round interview
