Student Leadership Program 2024

The CapinCrouse Student Leadership Program is for all classifications pursuing an accounting degree and interested in a career in public accounting. During this exclusive one-day in person event on Friday, June 7, 2024, selected applicants will join us at the CapinCrouse office in Indianapolis, Indiana.

In the CapinCrouse Student Leadership program you will have the opportunity to:

• Discover what it is like to work at CapinCrouse, a national CPA and consulting firm exclusively serving nonprofit organizations
• Networking with CapinCrouse leadership and professionals at all levels from our Managing Partner to associate-level professionals
• Have your accounting-career related questions answered during a Q&A session 
• Learn about the importance of teamwork, accountability and flexibility
• Participate in a fun and interactive team-building event with CapinCrouse staff and partners

Who is eligible for the CapinCrouse Student Leadership Program?

• College Freshmen, Sophomores, Junior and Seniors who: 
• Are pursuing a degree in Accounting
• Have a strong interest in a career in public accounting
• Have a successful academic track record
• Are active in extracurricular activities

Qualifications:

• Majoring in Accounting 
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Strong interest in a career in public accounting
• Successful academic track record

Application and selection process:

• Applications will be accepted between January 8, 2024 and May 28, 2024
• Students will be contacted no later than May 28, 2024, regarding the status of their application.
