Our Panelists: Elizabeth Fiennes - Engineering Manager at Clearscore Elizabeth is an engineering manager with experience in DevOps and testing and is committed to inclusivity in STEM. She mentors two Computer Science students and has a decade of recruitment experience across multinational and startup environments. She also enjoys the company of her very opinionated Tuxedo cat, who has a penchant for interrupting her work. Dani McColl - Global Campus Recruitment Manager at Squarepoint Capital Dani has over 12 years of experience in Campus and Early Years technical recruitment with a global focus. She has spent her professional career dedicated to helping STEM students find their first roles and build the foundations of their careers in technology. With industry experience across Technology and Finance, she is passionate about prioritising inclusion in recruitment attraction and process and increasing access to opportunities for under represented groups. Jess Rush - UK Partner Programs Director at Rewriting the Code Jess Rush is the UK Partner Engagement Director for Rewriting the Code, a non-profit supporting women in tech, and co-founder of HuddleHive, which organizes hackathons. With over 10 years in sales, recruitment, and HR tech, she is dedicated to empowering young people and women in their careers. Stephanie Gnahore - Recent Graduate and RTC Ambassador Stephanie Gnahore is a sociology graduate from the University of Sussex and an emerging tech professional. After discovering her passion for coding, she transitioned to web development and is now focusing on backend development in a course with Coding Black Females and UBS. With skills in Java and server-side programming, Stephanie combines her sociology background with technical expertise to offer a unique perspective in the tech industry. Ingmar Klein - Huzzle Co-Founder Ingmar started his first business at 16, he founded consulting boutique for equity stories and grew the team to 10 FTEs. Advised companies like Wefox, Steelcase and Walmart. Led pre-marketing strategy of an IPO campaign. Went on to found Huzzle, an early careers platform. Raised £1.7m in VC capital and scaled to 120k users. Since starting his career he has hired over 50 individuals into senior and junior roles. Loves MMA, Sailing, Theatre, & Chess.
