  • Monitor our employees course completions and prompting/reminding employees where needed.
  • Ensuring course requests are correctly authorised.
  • Monitoring statuses and liaising with the relevant stakeholders in case of issues.
  • Performing routine data input into training plans and calculating spend.
  • Responding to queries. Escalating more complex issues within the team where appropriate.
