Requirements

  • We’re looking for rising juniors, graduating between December 2024 and June 2025 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above. You’re hungry and motivated to work in a business with high demands. We work at a fast pace, so we need you to thrive while working under pressure. You’ll need to think globally and have an innovative outlook on business.

Responsibilities

  • Thinking about a career in banking, but not sure how to get started? Looking for a real-world experience? Experienced in working with Excel? Look no further! We’re hiring Summer Interns as part of our Global Banking program in New York. As an intern you’ll learn about our business from different viewpoints, giving you a head-start into investment banking. You’ll get to see first-hand how we provide market-leading solutions, work on special projects, and see how we work on innovative deals that are transforming today's corporate landscape.
  • Your tasks will include evaluating companies, developing models for M&A transactions, preparing industry analyses for pitches, and getting involved in the execution of live deals.
