Requirements

  • A keen eye for details, organization, and possess a solution-oriented mindset. 
  • Strong relationship-building skills.  Ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines.  Enjoys working with others and collaborating with a positive attitude. 
  • Passion for Walmart, our partners, products, and marketing.
  • Learn media planning and how Walmart Connect approaches our recommendations across search, display, in-store, and offsite.  
  • Minimum Qualifications: 
  • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate, Bachelor’s degree program currently. 
  • Expected graduation date between December 2024 and August 2025
  • 0-1 years of full-time relevant experience 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint; Salesforce, Power BI, SQL experience is a plus
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn retail media.
  • Strong work ethic and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to roll up sleeves and has a good attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills – listening, verbal, and written.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Interest in retail media, marketing, merchandising, and integrated planning
  • Passion and a desire to learn the omnichannel landscape

Responsibilities

  • Independently lead and manage multiple creative projects, engaging directly with business partners, creative leadership, and freelancers.   
  • Manages project lifecycle of projects in a fast-paced environment.   
  • Project deliverables: onsite and offsite digital banners
  • Ensures each final deliverables meets the project objectives, is accurate and is approved by all stakeholders. 
  • Collaborates with cross functional teams such as Sales partners and internal Creative to coordinate tasks and ensure campaign alignment.  
  • Works with external agency partners from inception to completion to execute creative deliverables.
