The candidate must be a currently enrolled student pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum GPA of 2.8. They should have outstanding academic performance, be eager to contribute in a team-oriented environment, possess problem-solving skills, and have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
