Assists with market research to support new growth development opportunities.
Assists in the preparation of financial and development appraisals and cashflow modelling.
Works with development agreements, assisting sourcing competitive funding for schemes.
Assists with due diligence on new purchases.
Supports the management and development of budgets, cost plans and financial models.
Supports the management, development and project management processes to both time and budget.
Collaborates with internal and external Project Management teams through design, planning, procurement and cost management, construction, operations and disposal.
Supports the management of pre-let and leasing activity.
Contributes to the management of disposal strategies.
Collaborates with coordinating activities, providing operational delivery of development management.
Supports and maintains effective internal and external stakeholder and client relationships and/or account management.
Supports the promotion of quality standards of health, safety and welfare across the team.
Develops working relationships with (range of) internal stakeholders.
Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
