Requirements

Would suit candidates studying engineering, finance or mathematics
Strong presentation and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail, highly analytical and logical mind-set
Strong organizational skills

Self motivated and enthusiastic
Eligibility:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme and have completed at least one (1) year
Have the Right to Work in the UK (this role does not offer any form of sponsorship)

Responsibilities

Assist the team in the asset management activities of the existing real estate portfolios
Track performance of investments and identify the optimal operating and financial strategies to be implemented
Help update and execute the business plan activities, including but not limited to asset/portfolio sales, refinancing, letting, refurbishment and development projects
Preparation of material for investor reporting
