Requirements

  • Education: Rising junior, senior, or recent graduate from an accredited college/university, preferably studying finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Relevant coursework in finance, accounting, or applicable fields considered.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with agency departments, clients, and teams to deliver on brand needs and develop comprehensive solutions.
  • Build knowledge of client businesses, attend meetings, and support client strategy through creative briefs and presentations.
  • Proactively manage billable/non-billable jobs, client billing processes, and ensure timely invoice submission and receipt.
  • Regularly work with your team, manager, and other interns on projects, including a group presentation for a client, and shadow various meetings.
  • Review monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) and Work in Process (WIP) reports, adhering to Standard Procedures and Practices (SP&Ps).
  • Engage with various IPG Health teams to expand your knowledge, network, and professional growth.
