Do we support remote work?
Yes, we offer two work arrangement options: fully remote and hybrid.

Candidates must be rising juniors, seniors, or recent graduates from an accredited college/university with coursework in advertising/marketing, healthcare, or related fields.
What is the duration of the internship?
The internship will last for 9 weeks, from June 9 to August 8, 2025.
What is the expected work schedule for interns?
Interns are expected to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Is there an hourly wage for this internship?
Yes, the internship pays $19 per hour, with eligibility for overtime.
What skills are required for this internship?
Key qualifications include foundational knowledge in advertising/marketing and/or healthcare, excellent written/verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and a strong work ethic.
Are there mentorship opportunities during the internship?
Yes, interns will receive guidance from a dedicated mentor to help develop their project management skills.
Are in-person meetings required for the hybrid work option?
Yes, for the hybrid option, interns will be required to work in-person 2-3 times a week at the NYC Midtown office.
Can I apply if I'm not located within commuting distance of the office?
Yes, candidates living outside a commutable distance can apply for the fully remote option.
What kind of projects will interns be involved in?
Interns will engage in hands-on projects related to healthcare advertising, creative asset development, digital advertising production, and client support activities.
