Responsibilities

  • During our 10-week Sophomore Summer Internship Program, beginning in June 2025, you will gain a basic understanding of the Investment Banking business through immersive training, participating in an array of exciting projects and initiatives.
  • You will be working in an environment where teamwork and partnership is critical to deliver the best solution for our clients.
  • You will be partnered with a mentor, who is able to provide you with guidance and advice throughout the summer while immediately building your Santander network.
  • This program will provide the skills and experience to become a thoughtful, strategic advisor.
  • You’ll learn the nature of client service and how we build long-term relationships by putting their needs first, while developing the technical acumen to launch a career in banking.
