What is the duration of the internship program?
The internship program lasts for 9 weeks, running from 23 June to 22 August 2025.
Is this internship a pathway to a full-time position?
Yes, successful completion of the internship will result in an offer to return the following year for the full-time Human Resources Analyst Development Program.
What are the core disciplines I can work in during the internship?
During the internship, you can work in one of three core business disciplines: Analytics, Project Management, or Process Improvement.
What qualifications are required to apply for this internship?
Applicants should expect to graduate between January and July 2026, possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and have a desire to work in a rotational program across all lines of business.

What happens after I submit my application?
