Requirements

  • A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
  • Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and will be enrolled full time in Fall 2025.
  • Be majoring in or having majored in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electromagnetics, or a closely related STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree
  • Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2025
  • Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
  • The ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
  • Active US DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • Military experience
  • Interest in hands-on engineering and problem-solving
  • Interest in work travel

Responsibilities

  • The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Mission Systems Field Engineering organization.
  • The Field Engineering organization supports the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of our Northrop Grumman Mission Systems technology for our customers.
