Requirements

  • • will graduate with a Bachelor or Master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to starting our program, with less than 12-months of work experience post-graduation
  • • has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system

Responsibilities

  • build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
  • support teams who provide private, institutional, and corporate clients with financial advice and solutions
  • learn about all major traditional and alternative asset classes
  • gain insights into the relationship management of investment consultants
  • responding to product and investment-related queries from investment consultants
  • overseeing the management of institutional mandates
  • handling tasks such as preparing offers, onboarding new mandates, and making adjustments to existing investment strategies
  • communicating updates and changes to products
  • managing the strategic relationship with the Swiss bank
