What is the duration of the Human Resources Development Program (HRDP)?
The HRDP lasts for 30 months, including four challenging business rotations within the Human Resources function.

The program includes two 9-month rotations in HR Centers of Excellence, one 9-month rotation as an HR Business Partner, and one 3-month rotation on a global assignment.
Are there opportunities for international assignments during the HRDP?
Yes, there may be an opportunity for an international assignment during the final 3 months, based on evaluated performance after the first 18 months.
What qualifications do I need to apply for the HRDP?
Applicants must be Spring 2025 graduates with a Master's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial and Labor Relations, or a related field, and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
What skills or traits are preferred for candidates applying to the HRDP?
Preferred candidates will demonstrate critical thinking, an analytical mindset, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong relationship-building skills, a proactive approach, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
