The Human Resources Development Program (HRDP) at ADP is a 30-month program designed for new graduates to accelerate their careers in Human Resources through four challenging business rotations within the HR function.
What are the qualifications required to apply for the HRDP?
Applicants must be Spring 2025 graduates with a Master's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial and Labor Relations, or a related field, and a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA.
How long is each rotation in the HRDP?
The program consists of two 9-month rotations in HR Centers of Excellence, one 9-month rotation as an HR Business Partner, and one 3-month rotation on a global assignment.
Are there opportunities for international assignments in the HRDP?
Yes, the final 3 months of the program may include an opportunity for an international assignment based on evaluated performance after the initial 18 months of rotations.

The HR Centers of Excellence include Associate Relations, Global HR Shared Services, Global Talent & Development, Global Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Belonging (IDEB), MyPeople Operations, and Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits).

HR Business Partners support various business units, including Compliance Solutions, Enterprise-Wide Functions, Global Product & Technology, Human Resources Outsourcing, Major Account Services, ADP Canada, National Account Services, Sales & Marketing, and Small Business Services.
