Responsibilities

  • - Answering basic inquiries and resolving routine problems regarding products and services via calls, email, or internet chat.
  • - Conducting periodic and regular surveys of clients to determine satisfaction and opportunities to advise on other products and services.
  • - Performing contract administration support and resolving contract related issues.
  • - Supporting individual teams in the region on all administrative duties.
  • - Working with teams and leadership on adhoc projects and tasks.
